2-LOCK™ cable ties have a patented innovative locking system with over-molded STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316 cage with double tooth which grants superior mechanical performances than any other cable tie on the market. They are manufactured according to a patented system where the metallic cage that sopports the teeth is inserted into the tie's head during injection, thus making the system "steel+polyammide" inseparable and ensuring new higher performance standards and maximum reliability.
The double tooth acts on the cable tie body in a symmetrical way, allowing a higher tensile strength value compared to the cable ties with single steel tooth. The black cable ties are added with carbon black that gives an UV resistance for outside applications.
