High performance mooring springs with special STAINLESS STEEL alloy, silenced by anti-friction and anti-squeking inserts. Maximum loading is superior to any other model commercially available.
Overall cushing, at 60-70%, comes from the compression of high elasticity spring, while, with increasing stress, Mollaflex - Elastomer component intervenes (except for items 039305 and 039037 which are not provided with mentioned component).
The shock absorber is welding-free to avoid weakening, but in case the stainless steel spring breaks before the end of his technincal cycle, Mollaflex - Elastomer component comes into action. It functions as shock absorber, avoiding damages to the boat in case of bad mooring during a storm.
In this situation, the Mollaflex - Elastomer component not only increases its load cushion, but can also replace the spring.
Highly resistant to marine corrosion, calibrated and performing for any kind of boat and perfectly adaptable to different loads, thanks to the wide range of available dimensions.
Our code 039315 already includes heads made of STAINLESS STEEL special alloy.
