ERODENT ANTIFOULING FOR FRESH AND SALT WATER

Cruiser 200 is an effective antifouling against vegetation, silt, algae and marine organisms in both fresh and salt water. Suitable for both FRP and aluminium sail and motor boats; also recommended for sterndrives, shaft lines, propellers and outboards. The erodent technology prevents paint buildup and provides up to one year of protection.

Compatibility	Suitable for all supports, including aluminium
Application	Brush, roller and spray
Number of coatings	Brush/roller: apply 2 dry 50-micron coats for seasonal protection (total dry film thickness of 100 microns) Spray: apply 1 coat 100 microns dry for seasonal protection (total dry film thickness of 100 microns) In all cycles, apply an extra coat in areas that are subject to increased wear such as rudders, stern drives, keel, shoreline, etc.

HULL'S MATERIAL	TREATMENT
Bare Grp	Prime with Gelshield 200 for osmosis protection
Aluminium/Light alloys/Galvanized metals	Use INTERPROTECT or PRIMOCON primer.
EXISTING ANTIFOULING	TREATMENT
In good conditions	Wash under high pressure (3000 psi/207 bar) with fresh water and/or roughen and wet sand with 80-120 grain paper to completely remove all contaminants and vegetation, including the leaching layer. Do not sand dry. If the old antifouling is incompatible or unknown, isolate with PRIMOCON.
In bad conditions	Remove antifouling with INTERSTRIP
